Job summary

Loungers plc is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Cosy Club Bristol. You will act as second in command to the General Manager, ensuring top service standards and managing daily operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

The role offers development opportunities to become a General Manager, with a focus on leadership, team development, and operational excellence within a vibrant hospitality venue.

Job description

Working with us you could earn in the region of circa £48,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £38,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £7.5k - £10 annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
