Job summary

Cosy Club Stamford is seeking a General Manager to be accountable for guest experience across the site and to lead from the front in delivering hospitality that stands out.

You will motivate your team, manage shifts with a focus on work-life balance, and ensure the overall standard of service remains exceptional for brunch, dinner and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cosy Club Stamford site to deliver warm, confident hospitality and guests’ experience across all shifts.
• Set the scene for the guest journey by actively guiding the team and maintaining high standards of service.
• Balance staff development, scheduling and operational priorities to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience.

Job description

As a result of an internal promotion, Cosy Club Stamford is looking for a new General Manager. As our General Manager we look to you for accountability and instead of being confined to an office you play an active and passionate role in setting the scene for our guests across the whole site.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £60,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £50,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
