Job summary

Cosy Club Derby is looking for a charismatic General Manager to lead the site with accountability and a frontline, guest‑facing role. You’ll set the scene for every shift, stay adaptable, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the warm welcome our guests expect.

The package includes a competitive base salary plus a regularly paid bonus up to £6k, overtime pay, shared tips, two days off per week, and a range of perks from day one—50% off food and drinks,
