As a manager, you will organize and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, cooking, and service to meet quality standards, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.
