Hall & Woodhouse (H&W) is a family‑owned Dorset brewer and hospitality business founded in 1777, operating over 170 high‑end pub restaurants and inns across the South of England. The timing of the program will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM or senior deputy with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Based in the Surrey/Hampshire area or planning to re‑locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with operational standards and processes
• Well‑presented, analytical and proactive in problem‑solving
• Able to commit to work within the GM development programme at various locations
• Determined to develop and maintain outstanding hospitality for our guests
• A natural host who loves making people's day
• Flexible and mobile with access to independent transport, and prepared to stay away from home occasionally as required
