Are you frustrated by not having the tools at your disposal to compete in the booming heat pump sector?
Would you like to take on a general management role where you'll have full responsibility for the Sales and Marketing divisions of the business?

We are looking for a General Manager for an innovative and successful renewables company. We're seeking a strong, collaborative leader who can help transform the way homes are heated in the UK.

The Role – General Manager

Your role will be to manage the Business Unit to ensure the right products are made, selected, sold, and supported, all with a view to hitting targets.
There will be significant work across multiple departments in the UK and abroad.
This is an exciting role in a company with highly innovative and well-respected products.

The Person – General Manager

We're looking for a strong leader with a collaborative decision-making style.
You should have experience managing managers, ideally across sales, product management, and product selection/support departments.
Experience in renewables would be great, but we are looking for someone who has experience driving substantial growth in markets undergoing significant change. We are open to candidates from various industries, such as Construction, Engineering, Service, or Software sectors.
