A prestigious commercial property in Central London is seeking a highly capable General Manager to oversee all aspects of building operations and occupier experience. This trophy asset hosts a diverse mix of premium tenants and represents the highest standards in sustainability, design, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the building operates efficiently, safely, and in line with the expectations of both occupiers and investors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring exceptional service delivery across all functions
  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Oversee all facilities management services, including hard and soft FM, ensuring compliance and performance against KPIs
