GeneralManager - Live in - Up to 50k plus bonus

We’re looking for a General Manager for the Defectors Weld in Shepherds Bush. This lively pub is the go‑to place for pre‑concert drinks and post‑show vibes, soundtracked by a fantastic atmosphere, great drinks, and of course a discerning selection of music. The food offer is smokehouse‑inspired – think burgers, brisket, small plates – alongside some fantastic pub classics.

We’re looking for a General Manager that is at home with operating at volume as they are delivering a fantastic guest experience. Friday and Saturday nights are buzzing and energetic and Sunday is all about being looked after and having a chilled Sunday Roast. The ideal candidate is a people‑focused operator with a track record of growing sales in a business that is all about vibrant premium hospitality with an edge.

Running a Pub for Youngs

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We’re all about freedom within a framework – you decide what goes on the food menu – and that doesn’t mean picking from a bank of recipes!
