Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own the performance of a high-volume site in the UK. You will lead a fast-paced team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experience, strong sales, and solid margins.

You will drive food quality, service speed, and operational standards while owning recruitment, development plans, and succession at your site. This role requires proven GM experience and a passion for growth within Popeyes University

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership to drive people, sales, and guest experience to high standards.
• Track record of managing P&L, costs, and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment law.
• Own restaurant performance, including P&L, sales, labour, and food cost.
• Develop and motivate the team to grow careers and unleash potential.
• Deliver Popeyes food quality, speed of service, and guest experience.
• Lead recruitment, development plans, and succession planning.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste targets.
• Build rosters balancing availability and budgets for peak times.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain energy, culture, and high service standards.
