Popeyes UK CHICKEN & PIZZA LTD is recruiting an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a Greater London site. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, drive sales, protect margins and ensure top-tier guest experiences.

A proven operator with strong leadership is essential to maintain brand standards. You’ll oversee health and safety, food safety, recruitment, scheduling and performance metrics while delivering exceptional customer service and energising the team.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership with experience developing talent.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Fully own restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, and food cost.
• Support and develop the team to grow their careers.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans and succession at the site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability, labour budgets and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and act.
• Maintain energy, fun, smooth service and a strong culture.
