Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own the operation of a fast-paced, high-volume Popeyes site in the UK. You will lead teams to uphold high standards in guest experience, food quality, and safety while driving sales, profitability, and brand integrity.

You’ll recruit and develop your team, manage stock and waste, and optimise rotas to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Experience delivering quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards.
• Support and develop the team to grow their careers and unleash their potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for the site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target.
• Build rotas balancing availability, labour budgets, and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Bring energy, keep service smooth, and maintain the brand culture.
