Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume site in Maidstone. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage P&L, costs and guest experience while upholding food safety and brand standards.

In this fast-paced role you’ll recruit and develop staff, build rotas, monitor performance data, and inspire energy and culture that keeps guests coming back. A track record of delivering results in branded quick-service is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for restaurant performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
• Own recruitment, development plans, and succession planning for your site
• Control stock, inventory, ordering, and waste to target
• Build rotas that balance availability, labour budgets, and peak trade
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action
