Job summary

Popeyes UK & I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy Popeyes restaurant in Newport. You will lead a fast-paced team to deliver great guest experience, sales and operational metrics while upholding brand standards.

You will drive people development, recruit and build succession plans, manage P&L, control costs, and ensure HACCP and safety compliance. The role offers competitive bonuses, holidays and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Track record of hitting sales targets and managing P&L.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership and developing talent.
• Experience with new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, and food cost.
