Job summary

Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of a busy outlet. You’ll lead a fast-paced team, drive sales and profitability, and champion top standards in food safety, service speed and guest experience.

We’re looking for a proven operator with a track record in branded, high-volume restaurants who can recruit, develop and retain great talent while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Ability to deliver quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation.
• Full accountability for restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour, food cost and audits.
• Develop and motivate your team to grow careers and unleash potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards.
• Own recruitment, development plans and succession planning for your site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste to target.
• Build rosters balancing availability, labour budgets and peak trade.
• Review performance data to identify opportunities and take action.
• Maintain high energy, strong service and a poppin’ culture.
