Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own the performance of a fast-paced Popeyes restaurant. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experience, maintain safety standards, and drive sales and efficiency.

The role requires proven leadership in a branded, high-volume setting, with a track record of achieving targets and managing costs. A dynamic, energetic manager who can adapt to peak periods will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Proven GM in a branded, high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to deliver safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial.

• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future talent
• Experience in new-site openings or multi-site environments is beneficial
