Job description

We are currently seeking a dynamic General Manager for a maternity cover contract, starting in March 2026. This is your opportunity to lead one of London’s most prestigious health clubs, drive commercial success, and shape the future of our brand.

As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of our Moorgate club—maximising revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring a safe, healthy, and motivating environment for both members and your team. You’ll play a key role in the senior management team, helping to drive group initiatives and build brand awareness in the local and wider market.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the club team to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Take full accountability for club operations, finances, and performance against KPIs
  • Identify and implement opportunities to maximise profitability and efficiency
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring all team members are trained and empowered
  • Foster a culture of outstanding customer service and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the Third Space brand and services
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health & safety, and operational standards
  • Contribute to company strategy and share best practices across the group
About You
  • Proven experience in leisure, hospitality, or health club management
