The Opportunity

Are you looking for a truly flexible role where you can make a difference? We're seeking a General Assistant to ensure all facilities services at our property are provided effectively and efficiently. You'll also be the initial point of contact for key stakeholders and external multi-agencies.

What You'll Do:

• Keep Things Running: Make sure cleaning, maintenance, security, and catering (if needed) are all working well and meet targets.
• Look After Public Areas: Ensure all shared spaces are clean, tidy, and in good condition.
• Stay Safe: Do regular fire and security checks, fix any problems quickly, and keep records.
• Be the Go-To Person: Be the main contact for teams and partners, and stay in touch by email, phone, and post.
• Look After Health & Safety: Carry out safety checks and make sure the site follows all rules and guidelines.
• Stay Alert: Keep security tight and know what to do in an emergency.
• Manage Site Access: Check people in and out of the site, making sure records are accurate and up to date.
