Job Purpose

We are looking for a General Assistant.

  • Performs full routine, administrative and general office duties involving typing, record and file maintenance, document creation, mail distribution, and telephone reception.
  • The role may also provide secretarial services to one or more individuals.
Job Description
  • Assist with processing payments for local suppliers
  • Monitor import declarations
  • Track invoices from international suppliers with customs, freight forwarders, and banks, and ensure invoices are digitized
  • Provide French translations of invoices from international suppliers originally in EnglishOrganize the archiving of invoices from both international and local suppliers
  • Collect, compile, analyze, and summarize statistics and information from various sources, following guidelines
  • Prepare charts and tables for presentations or reports
  • Draft regular reports and ad hoc analyses in accordance with established procedures
  • Handle routine correspondence that does not require intervention from a supervisor
  • Interact with external stakeholders (clients, partners, suppliers) to resolve non-routine issues
  • Organize logistics and travel arrangements, resolve related issues, and provide assistance and guidance to employees
You are meant for this job if:
  • Secondary school / High school diploma (preferably with a secretarial experience)
