Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Gates & Barriers to cover a Leeds-based territory. You will develop and manage a portfolio of customers, secure new business opportunities in gates, barriers, and security solutions, and drive revenue through installation projects, PPM contracts, and service agreements.

You will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM forecasts while collaborating with installation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gates and barriers sales.
• Experience in security/access industry.
• Track record developing new business and managing accounts.
• Experience selling installation, maintenance, PPM contracts and/or service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the gates, barriers and security/access industry.
• Sell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Carry out site visits, surveys and customer meetings.
• Develop opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenue.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Work closely with internal installation, service and operations teams.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while continually developing the territory.
