Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region, focusing on gates, barriers and security/access solutions. You will manage a growing customer portfolio, win new business and drive revenue through installation projects, PPM contracts and ongoing service agreements.

The role requires a proven track record in gates and barriers sales, with a background in the security/access industry.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience selling gates and barriers.
• Background in security, access control, perimeter security or physical security industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within gates, barriers and security/access industry.
• Sell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Carry out site visits, surveys and customer meetings.
• Develop opportunities from enquiry to successful completion.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenue.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with installation, service and operations teams.
• Manage and grow existing accounts and territory.
