Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager for gates and barriers to cover a large field-based territory across Leeds/Yorkshire. You will sell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements, building strong relationships with customers and driving revenue.

The role requires proven gates and barriers sales experience, a background in security or access control, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Must have previous experience selling gates and barriers.
• Background in security/access control industry.
• Proven track record in developing new business and managing existing accounts.
• Experience selling installation, maintenance, PPM contracts and/or service agreements.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the gates, barriers and security/access industry.
• Sell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Carry out site visits, surveys and customer meetings.
• Develop opportunities from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and recurring revenue.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Work closely with internal installation, service and operations teams.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while continually developing the territory.
