Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Gates & Barriers sector, covering Leeds/ Yorkshire with a strong field presence. You will develop a portfolio of customers, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue through installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.

We are targeting candidates with proven gates and barriers sales experience, a background in security or access control, and a track record of growing accounts across a large territory.

Qualifications

• Proven gates and barriers sales experience.
• Background in security/access industry.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business within gates, barriers and security/access.
• Sell installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Carry out site visits, surveys and customer meetings.
• Prepare quotations and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with installation, service and operations teams.
