Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover Leeds and Yorkshire in the gates, barriers and security/access solutions space. You will develop a portfolio of customers, win new business, and drive revenue through installation projects and recurring service contracts.

The role requires a proven track record in gates and barriers sales, a strong ability to manage a large field-based territory, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gates and barriers sales – essential.
• Experience in security/access industry is highly desirable.
• Strong track record developing new business and managing accounts.
• Experience selling installation, maintenance, PPM contracts or service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within gates and barriers.
• Sell installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and customer meetings.
• Develop opportunities from enquiry to completion.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with installation, service and operations teams.
