Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager for gates and barriers, covering a large field-based territory in the Leeds/Yorkshire area. You will drive growth, secure new business, and manage key accounts in security and access solutions.

A strong background in gates and barriers sales is essential. The role involves installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements, with potential for a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience selling gates and barriers is essential.
• Background in security/access control or perimeter security preferred.
• Strong track record developing new business and expanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in gates, barriers and security/access industries.
• Sell gates, barriers, installation projects, PPM contracts and service agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and customer meetings.
• Develop opportunities from enquiry to completion and identify recurring revenue opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with installation, service and operations teams.
• Grow existing accounts and expand the territory.
