A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Domestic Gas Supervisor to cover Southwest London, Surrey, and North Sussex. Job description

Domestic Gas Supervisor – permanent position covering Southwest London, Surrey and the North part of Sussex.

Responsibilities
  • Verifying LGSRs and maintaining a schedule of rates.
  • Quality control checks and supervising Gas Engineers.
  • Working alongside the two Contracts Managers and providing back‑up when needed.
  • Attending technical jobs, carrying out Tech Tests, Induction and Intro Calls.
  • Conducting WIP and Post Visits (minimum of 4 per year unless concerns).
  • Daily manifest for multi‑part ordering, material report, VO report and multi visits.
  • Online training and monitoring KPI's; reviewing engineers not hitting targets.
  • Investigating high‑level complaints and attending property if required.
  • Issuing kit to engineers and recording safety concerns on a log.
  • Daily calls with CDMs and ensuring new starters receive a first‑day visit or week visit.

  • Domestic gas qualifications and technical supervision experience.
  • Strong communication and teamwork with engineers and Contracts Managers.

  • Proactive investigation of complaints and property visits.
