Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 qualifications are essential.
• Previous practical experience in gas maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic properties.
• Ensure high levels of customer care with clients and tenants.
• Communicate updates and progress of work.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements during daily work.
• Comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures.

Skills

Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications

Valid UK driving licence

Practical experience in gas maintenance

Understanding of gas safety regulations
