• Represent the authority during working hours and maintain standards.
• Complete assigned tasks in line with RAMS.
• Meet performance schedules and keep appointments.
• Perform trade-based work as per qualifications.
• Use mobile technology for communication on site.

Job description

Overview

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of a Gas Engineer on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at the client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £19.00 - £24.17 per hour

Responsibilities

• To represent NNC during working hours and uphold our standards and values.
• To undertake individual or joint tasks within the allocated area of work. All to be carried out in accordance with the current RAMS.
• To meet work schedules for performance including keeping of any appointments or target times of work orders.
• To undertake all trade based work to match basic skill requirement up to current qualifications and training, including multi-skilling areas as set out in the skills audits.
• To use PDA, mobile telephone or other mobile technology when on site to allow direct communication with the Repairs Officer or office bases staff.
