Co-op Funeralcare in London invites applications for a Funeral Arranger. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £15.22 per hour plus London Allowance and benefits.

The job involves direct contact with the deceased as part of duties and requires professionalism, empathy, and adherence to health and safety standards. • Comfort with basic cash handling, discounts, and data entry.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming, reporting maintenance issues as needed.
• Use IT systems to manage client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work such as funeral plans to appropriate Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Assist with manual handling of coffins and preparation of the deceased as required.
• Update client management applications with accurate information to keep records current.
