Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Comfortable with numbers: cash handling, discounts, invoicing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with regulatory processes.
• Good IT skills and ability to use computers and mobile apps.

• Able to perform physical tasks including moving coffins with training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and by phone, coordinating family visits.
• Ensure the funeral home is clean, safe and welcoming.
• Use digital systems to manage client documentation and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work, like selling funeral plans, to the Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Assist with care and preparation of the deceased as directed.
• Keep client management applications up to date with accurate information.
