Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare in London is seeking a Funeral Arranger to join our friendly team on a part-time basis, working 20 hours per week. You’ll handle preparation, transportation and care of the deceased with professionalism and compassion, using digital systems for documentation and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to perform basic calculations and cash handling.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Assist clients in person and via phone with visits and questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe, and welcoming; report maintenance.
• Use digital systems to manage client documents, arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers.
• Assist in handling coffins and care of the deceased as trained.
• Update client records with accurate, timely information.
