Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Funds Lawyer to work with leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Fund structuring, Fund formation and Fund distribution of various types of investment funds.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance on fund‑related matters to optimize compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Draft and negotiate various legal documents related to the fund including those related to investment terms, investor agreements, management agreements and other contractual arrangements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative legal solutions and support business objectives.
  • Knowledge of international fund structures (such as U.S. and Luxembourg) also a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working as a Funds Lawyer.
  • UK qualified (or equivalent) working with U.S./International law firms ranked by the Legal 500.
  • Proven experience in fund formation and distribution with a strong legal background.
  • Expertise or familiarity with UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide clear concise legal advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
