Role - Functional Skills Tutor

Location - Essex

Rate - 25 - 35 per hour

Subject - Functional skills

Start date - ASAP

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and interactive lessons in functional skills subjects such as English and mathematics.
• Tailor teaching approaches to accommodate diverse needs and learning styles.
• Assess individual learners' strengths and areas for improvement to develop personalised learning plans.
• Inspire and motivate students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment to help them achieve their goals.
• Contribute to creating an effective and enriching educational experience for all involved.

Requirements

• Teaching Qualifications - minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and hold a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.
• Excellent time management
