Job Overview

A lovely family is seeking a proactive and nurturing Nanny‑Housekeeper to support their household, focusing primarily on the care of their active toddler while providing occasional support for their newborn. The role involves managing the morning routine, including breakfast and nursery runs, alongside planning stimulating, age‑appropriate activities and assisting with the evening wind‑down. In addition to childcare, you will maintain high household standards by managing family laundry, ironing, and keeping children’s areas organised. A key part of the role is preparing healthy, nutritious family meals while remaining mindful of specific dietary preferences. While a separate housekeeper handles deep cleaning, the family is looking for a dependable professional to ensure the home runs smoothly. A driver is required as well as a valid first‑aid qualification.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9:00‑19:00 until April, afterwards 8:30‑18:30

Duties

• Preparing healthy meals for the children
• Nursery runs
• Planning and supervising playdates
• Taking the children to the park and playgrounds
• Playing active games with the children
• Occasionally cooking lunch for the family
• Cleaning the home
• Clearing areas of use
• Dusting, mopping, hoovering
• Organising wardrobes
• Folding clothes
• Organising laundry
