No previous experience is required – full training will be provided.

What You Will Do
  • Safely transport patients, equipment, and supplies around the hospital.
  • Assist with patient transfers and ensure comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
  • Support clinical and non-clinical teams with logistical and operational tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment across wards and departments.
  • Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols.
What We’re Looking For
  • A reliable, flexible, and motivated approach to work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and occasionally physically demanding environment.
  • No prior experience needed – full training provided.
  • Over 18 years old.
  • Enhanced DBS preferred – Compass Group can provide this for the right candidate.
Hours

Full-time, working 5 out of 7 days per week, as per hospital roster (flexible shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends).
