A healthcare service provider in Sheffield is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator. The role involves managing calls, maintaining the appointment system, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong IT skills, good communication abilities, and preferably some experience in a GP practice or NHS setting. Flexibility to adapt to different working hours and duties is essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
We are looking for a hardworking,highly motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our busy, friendly,reception and admin teams who can provide a high standard of administrativesupport, create great experiences for our patients and deliver effectiveresults in all areas. Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous GPreceptionist/administrator experience, with experience of using SystmOnehowever, this is not essential. Full training will be provided.
Pace and dedication are a key attributeneeded by the post holder whilst a flexible approach to working is essential.The opening hours currently range between 08:00am and 06:30pm. Candidates mustbe flexible to cover annual leave and absence where necessary with the additionof early opening and weekend clinics where needed. We are flexible in regardsto working days as compressed or 5 day working weeks will be considered.
