Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will organise and deliver service for one or more sections while working closely with the brigade to meet specifications.

You will lead by example, nurture junior team members and maintain high standards of knife skills and cleanliness across the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to lead junior team members.
• Proficient knife skills and food safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and deliver service for one or more sections in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Work with brigade to produce dishes to specifications.
• Lead and develop junior team members.
• Maintain excellent knife skills.
• Clean down kitchens to ensure a spotless working environment.
