Job summary

Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will be responsible for organizing and delivering service across one or more sections in a fast, high-pressure environment.

You will lead by example, nurture junior teammates and ensure dishes meet our specifications with excellent knife skills. Free meals on shift and staff discounts accompany a supportive, enthusiastic brigade.
