Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will organize and coordinate service for one or more sections in a fast-paced environment and work closely with the brigade to ensure dishes meet our specifications.

You will lead by example, nurture junior teammates, and maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and knife skills throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Must have excellent knife skills.
• Ability to work with the brigade to meet specifications.
• Ability to lead and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Organising, co-ordinating and delivering service for one or more sections in our fast, paced kitchens.
• Able to work well with the brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications
• Lead by example to nurture, lead and develop junior team members.
• Ensure clean down of kitchens to maintain spotless working environments.
