Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Warminster. You will lead hands-on cooking across starters, mains and desserts, ensuring quality and speed of service in a busy kitchen. A strong team-player mindset and a focus on guest safety are essential, with ability to stay organised under pressure.

You will guide junior kitchen staff on line cooking, food prep, and dish plating, contributing to a positive, high-quality dining experience for every guest.
