Job description

Full Stack Engineer (Python/JavaScript/MS Stack)

Location: Hybrid (London) and Remote
Start: Jan 2026

We're hiring a hands‑on Full Stack Engineer to build production‑grade agentic AI solutions and LLM‑powered applications. You'll design and deliver end‑to‑end features—from robust Back‑End APIs to polished Front‑End experiences—on Azure, with a strong emphasis on reliability, observability, and secure data handling.

What you’ll do
  • Design & build scalable services in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and front‑ends in JavaScript/TypeScript (React/Next.js or similar).
  • Develop agent workflows (planning, tool‑use, memory) and LLM pipelines (prompt orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails).
  • Productionise on Azure: Azure Functions/App Service, AKS or Container Apps, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos/SQL, ACR/Monitor, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
  • Ship quality: testing strategies for LLM features (golden sets, regression harnesses), performance tuning, telemetry, and incident playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data/ML, and Security to deliver value safely and iteratively.
What you’ll bring (must‑have)
  • Python for Back End services and tooling; JavaScript/TypeScript for modern Front End stacks.
  • Azure experience deploying and operating cloud services (IaC with Bicep/Terraform is a plus).
  • Agentic AI & LLMs: practical delivery of agents (e.g., task planning, tool calling) and LLM apps (chat, summarisation, RAG, structured outputs).
  • Engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, observability, and secure development practices.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, OSS LLMs, model evaluation (BLEU/ROUGE/BERTScore, human‑in‑the‑loop), and prompt/flow tooling.
  • React/Next.js SSR/ISR, component libraries, and accessible UI.
What’s in it for you
  • Work on real agentic AI use‑cases moving from prototype to production.
  • Autonomy to shape architecture and best practices for LLM delivery.
  • Collaborative culture, modern tooling, and the chance to influence product direction.
