Overview

• Join Our Client as a Full-Load Export Coordinator - Freight & Logistics
• Position: Full-load Export Coordinator
• Location: Stallingborough
• Salary: £26,000-£29,000 (Negotiable, depending on skills and experience)
• Shift: Monday - Friday, with an on-call rota (1 in 5)
• Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full load exports from the UK and Ireland
• Plan Irish imports transiting via the UK (full loads and groupage)
• Handle customer bookings and enter data into internal systems
• Communicate with transport planners, hauliers, and shipping lines
• Complete export customs clearances using Descartes and Destin8
• Prepare and manage export transit documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Participate in an on-call rota (one week in five, including weekday evenings and Saturday morning)

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in exports, imports, groupage, or full load transport
• Confident and approachable communicator
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
