- Position: Full-load Export Coordinator
- Location: Stallingborough
- Salary: £26,000-£29,000 (Negotiable, depending on skills and experience)
- Shift: Monday - Friday, with an on-call rota (1 in 5)
- Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Coordinate full load exports from the UK and Ireland
- Plan Irish imports transiting via the UK (full loads and groupage)
- Handle customer bookings and enter data into internal systems
- Communicate with transport planners, hauliers, and shipping lines
- Complete export customs clearances using Descartes and Destin8
- Prepare and manage export transit documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Participate in an on-call rota (one week in five, including weekday evenings and Saturday morning)
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in exports, imports, groupage, or full load transport
- Confident and approachable communicator
