Role: Fulfilment Manager

Location: Sandy

Hours: 8AM - 4PM (flexible)

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

We’re looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager to lead a busy fulfilment operation, keep stock accurate, and ensure all client orders are processed correctly and on time. This role suits someone hands‑on, organised, and confident managing people in a fast‑paced production, packing or print environment.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee daily fulfilment activity, stock control and documentation.
• Ensure all goods in / out meet customer SLAs.
• Lead, support and train the fulfilment team.
• Maintain accurate data on Workx / MIS systems.
• Support incoming / outgoing deliveries when required.
• Work closely with Operations, Production and Client Services to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

Experience / qualifications required:

• Experience in fulfilment / production / packing (5+ years ideal).
• Confident people manager with a hands‑on approach.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Reliable, organised and committed to delivering a high standard of work.
• Experience in a supervisor or manager position in a stores, warehouse or fulfilment environment.
