Job description

A temporary Front of House Receptionist is required from the 18th of December until the 2nd of January to provide reception cover during the Christmas holiday period! Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients in a highly professional environment, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Greeting visitors and clients, managing visitor registers, and issuing passes.
  • Answering calls promptly, redirecting or taking messages as required.
  • Organising meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and maintaining reception areas.
  • Coordinating taxis, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
  • Organising corporate and training events, including liaison with hospitality providers.
  • Unlocking and locking the building daily and covering facilities tasks when required.
  • Providing general administrative support across the business.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will present professionally, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive, team-focused attitude is essential.
