Job description

Our client is seeking an Entity Review Officer for a 6-month period to support periodic reviews of trust and corporate structures and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. If you thrive on reviewing client files, assessing controls and ensuring high-quality recordkeeping, this position offers a well-defined and impactful workload!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Conducting detailed entity reviews using Acumen and other sources.
  • Assessing adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying errors, omissions, breaches or failings in client administration.
  • Escalating significant issues to Directors as they arise.
  • Assisting in remediation any identified failings.
  • Supporting review-related tasks as directed by the Team Coordinator or Directors.
  • Monitoring action point progress and supporting compliance monitoring.
  • Supporting regulatory reporting and oversight tasks.
  • Assisting with policy and procedure development, including checklists and forms.
  • Reviewing and documenting SoW/SoF information.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and wider governance functions.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practice and statutory/regulatory standards.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be ICSA or STEP qualified with strong fiduciary and compliance experience. They will have a solid understanding of trust and company law, the GFSC Handbook, and accounting principles. Strong analytical ability, good judgement and clear communication skills are essential. Experience administering client portfolios and conducting entity reviews is highly desirable.
