Job summary

Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a proactive Systems Support Officer to maintain and develop critical ICT and management information systems supporting frontline emergency response and business operations.

Within the Service Support Team you will provide technical support, system administration, and ensure services remain secure, reliable, and user-friendly while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. DBS check required.

• Broad understanding of IT systems & infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT service support and system administration.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to maintain IT infrastructure for mobilising resources and management functions.
• Lead, advise and work with partner teams within own area.
• Support development of and embedding new ways of thinking and working.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commissioners and teams across service areas.
• Continuously evaluate processes for improvement and innovation within area of responsibility.
• Identify synergies and efficiency savings across area of responsibility.
• Support maintenance and development of industry-specific systems and technology.
