Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Leeds, part of the Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland portfolio, is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest service in Leeds.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive KPIs, and take duty manager shifts as required, while modelling our values and supporting a vibrant, engaged team.

• Direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department, ensuring guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
