Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Office team member in Norwich to welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and assist in driving guest satisfaction. You will support the Front Office Manager by communicating guest feedback and maximizing occupancy while maintaining security and safety standards.

Key duties include handling reservations, providing outstanding customer service, and working with Opera or Fidelio systems.

Qualifications

• Clear communication, both verbal and written, with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organisational ability to manage reservations and front desk flow.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate guest information and bookings.
• Basic technical skills including MS Office; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for guests at check-in/check-out.
• Assist in upselling hotel services and facilities to enhance occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety.
• Support colleagues across departments to deliver a first-class guest experience.
