Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Front Office team member to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process, maximise room occupancy and upsell hotel services while delivering a first-class guest experience.

You will support colleagues across all departments, uphold hotel security and health and safety standards, and be prepared for occasional night shifts performing night porter duties such as setting up Meeting & Events rooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills for reservations and check-ins/outs.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and records.
• Basic IT skills; familiarity with hotel management software like Opera or Fidelio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk contact, manage check-in/out, maximise occupancy and upsell services.
• Support other departments to deliver guest experiences and maintain standards.
• Perform night porter duties during night shifts, including cleaning and setting up Meeting & Events rooms.
