Job summary

Aimbridge is seeking a Front Office team member to ensure a smooth guest arrival and departure experience. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, promoting hotel services and maintaining high standards.

You will support colleagues across operations and uphold security, health & safety policies while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong organisational ability for check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct guest information and bookings.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel management software like Opera or Fidelio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage smooth check‑in/check‑out processes.
• Keep Front Office Manager informed of guest feedback and operational updates.
• Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire regulations and health & safety standards.
