Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Front Office team member to ensure smooth check-in and check-out, greet guests warmly, and uphold brand standards across our properties. You will help maximise occupancy and promote hotel services while maintaining security and safety guidelines.

You will collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver a first-class guest experience and support a dynamic hospitality operation that values people and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to provide outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills are required to manage guest reservations, check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Detail-oriented to ensure guest information is accurate and bookings are processed efficiently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet; familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process.
• Keep Front Office Manager informed of guest feedback and liaise with other departments.
• Maximise room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
